1. Deposit for empty cartons
A deposit of £10 should be paid for any empty tea cartons or medium boxes. For all other big boxes, the deposit             will be £15 each. The deposit for tea cartons and medium boxes will be fully refunded at the time of the shipment. For all other corrugated boxes, there will be a charge of £5 per box whether used or new. All of the above boxes are 4 ply corrugated, strong boxes specially made for the shipping of personal items.

2. Collection and delivery charges
Collection charges depend according to the distance from our main stores in London to your place. This may vary            according to the quantity of the goods. Normally, our collection charges are £1 per mile one way. Our minimum              collection charge is £15. Please contact us for accurate collection charges from the collection point postal code.

Delivery charges within Colombo limits (Colombo 1 - 15) are free of charge and all other destinations delivery
charges depend on the distance from our main stores in Colombo to the final destination and on the the quantity of
goods.

3. Packing charges
If the packing is done by Don Shipping, there will be a charge of £10 per hour.
 
4. Packing material charges
If the packing materials such as bubble wrapping, corrugated boards, hard wrapping papers, cling film and strapping        are provided by Don Shipping, the charges will be added accordingly unless the above charges are included in the price.
 
5. Palletising charges
There will be an additional charge of £15 per pallet. If any of your cargo is needed for palletising, the maximum
height of a packed pallet will be 4.5 feet. It may also vary according to the weight of the goods. This price includes
wrapping, strapping, labelling etc. 
       
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for any fragile items packed and shipped in corrugated boxes.
